River East Center, Chicago IL

$220 Million


Cost and Schedule Consultant. Created CPM schedule and monitored costs and changes on complex, multi-use development project.


Project consisted of 58 story residential tower, 18 story hotel, 21 theaters, and retail center.

Resort at Squaw Creek

Squaw Valley, CA  $50 Million


Project Engineer, responsible for project scheduling, daily work direction, quality control of structural reinforced concrete and finishes.  Produced over 300 construction details for field crews.


Project consisted of 405 room, eight-story hotel, 2 conference centers, retail, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, and complex hardscaping with pool and water features.


Redwood City Police Facility

Redwood City, CA  $8 Million


Project Manager, responsible for complete project schedule and budget.  Complex project consisting of police station, firing range, holding cells, motorcycle pavilion, and dog kennel.


The Inn at Spanish Bay

Pebble Beach, CA  $8 Million


Project Engineer, responsible for job costing, scheduling, and direction of field crews.  Project consisted of clubhouse, pro-shop, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa, locker rooms, and golf cart storage.
