introduction

Twenty years of experience in all facets of the construction industry have permitted me to develop a diverse skill set.  I have worked as a project engineer, project manager, and cost estimator on commercial, industrial, and public projects in excess of $200 million.  I have also worked on many residential projects, including the complete design and construction of several custom homes. 

In addition to construction management and design, I have experience in business development, strategic planning, graphic design, and marketing.

Special interests include 'green' building practices to reduce the ecological impact of our built environment (more info at ehrlum.com/eco)
