I have produced many construction cost estimates, including complex take-offs such as reinforced concrete, formwork, and rebar on large-scale projects.  Using tools such as Bidware, Excel, WinEst and Means, I can create detailed project estimates, bids and proposals.

I've also developed custom software applications to streamline and organize the construction bidding and estimating functions.
